I had some yarn left over from my Citrine pattern so I made these socks with it. They are knitted in the round and can be worked from the cuff down but the pattern can be reversed, starting from the toe so that the beanstalk design goes upwards.

I used 3.5mm for a 8 inch foot circumference but you can also use 3mm for a 7 inch foot circumference.
