This newborn (photography prop) Bear Beanie knitting pattern from Lily B’s is knit in the round using your favourite worsted weight yarn and 5mm (US8) needles. Quick to work up - so you can use it in a photography session the same day as you start knitting. It fits perfectly and frames baby’s face wonderfully. It is fun and whimsical and the perfect addition to your photo prop stash or, if you’re a photography prop vendor, your prop shop’s inventory.

SIZE: The Bear Beanie is sized to fit most 5 to 8 newborn babies, with a head circumference of about 13” - but, as all babies are unique, it will not fit ALL newborns.
