Bear's Celebration Wardrobe
These wardrobe items will make sure that Bear looks smart for any celebration throughout the year.
The pattern for this wardrobe includes a rainbow jacket for celebrating Pride, a party jacket with options for embellishment if Bear is celebrating Hanukkah, Diwali, Christmas, Matariki, or Chinese New Year. You can make Bear a fetching Easter bonnet complete with bunny ears, or a cosy sweater for Valentines Day. Whatever you are celebrating, Bear is ready to join you.
All charts are included in the pattern.
I have also provided a free download for the Matariki, diya, menorah, and Chinese lantern charts for those who would like to use them on other knitted items. You can find the link to them here. (Please note that there are no instructions for making the garments included with the free charts.)
To make these items you will need:
A set of five 3.25mm (US 3) double pointed needles and a small circular needle (optional - used for flexibility when knitting flat)
Small amounts of 4 ply / fingering weight yarn for each item
Buttons (0.25 inch diameter): 2 for Valentines Jumper, 3 for Pride Jacket
tapestry needle
4 stitch markers
You can of course make these clothes for any Bear, but the sizes have been designed specifically to fit Bear in a Box whose measurements are as follows:
Neck: 5.5 inches
Chest: 11 inches
Height: 10 inches standing.
If you would like to make Bear in a Box you can find the pattern at the following link: https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/bear-in-a-box
