Materials: Bear is approximately 1.75 inches tall when made with these materials.
Bear:
· Size 12 (1mm) crochet hook
· Punch thread, size 12 perle cotton, or size 30 crochet thread – white or desired color for bear (one spool or ball makes several bears)
· Two 1 mm black beads or 1 mm teddy bear eyes
· Embroidery floss, black
· Nylon thread or strong sewing thread – black to attach eyes, and color to match bear for jointing
· Needles – beading needle, sewing needle, milliner’s or other long needle for jointing, thin needle such as #10 quilting (or needles of choice)
· Watercolor pencils, such as Prismacolor – pink, blue, charcoal (you can also use makeup blush and eye shadow for shading)
· Stuffing of choice
Wreath:
· 2 spools punch thread, or 2 balls size 12 perle cotton or size 30 crochet thread – green (wreath is made with 2 strands held together)
· Size 7 (1.65mm) crochet hook
· 30 red glass 6/0 seed beads
· One 2” (5.1cm) (outside diameter) plastic ring
· Purchased pinback (optional)
· 6” (15cm) length of 1/4 “-wide (6mm) ribbon, gold or color of choice
Hat and Scarf:
· Size 12 (1mm) crochet hook
· Punch thread, size 12 perle cotton, or size 30 crochet thread – red, white, green

Gage: Gage is not important overall; however, when making two pieces that must be the same, such as arms and legs, it is best to make both pieces in one sitting.
