Knitting doesn’t get a lot easier than  this! Two big squares form the body  of the sweater. It is intended to be  very, very loose on the wearer to achieve the look. The sweater fabric  can really be anything that you wish in any gauge. Most gauges will produce a top 60” in circumference. At 7 stitches per inch, each panel will only be 28.5” wide. Still that’s  plenty of room for the wildly oversized look on most people. Two possible “sleeves” are  given though neither is a true sleeve. 3 lengths are given:  24, 30 and 36” although really you  may make it any length by adjusting  your row count. At 36” long it will be knee length on most women, at 24” high hip and at 30” low hip level. The pattern is written without a lower hem of any  kind which will allow the lower edge to roll if stockinette fabric is used. Ribbing, hung  hems or worm trim may be added if desired.
