With full instructions on knitting a cute little witch dolly with stripy tights and a removable dress with bat motifs. The hat is sewn on. The pattern is knitted flat and seamed afterwards.

This pattern is more suitable for a knitter with some experience. It includes ‘yarn over’ stitch to create a hole effect and duplicate stitch to work the bat motifs. Keep to an even tension for a smooth appearance. If you are a loose knitter either use a smaller needle or a thicker yarn. In this case I would suggest aran or worsted and the doll measurements may knit up slightly larger over all.
