Beau Hairband is a simple, quick and easy to knit project. You can use your leftover yarns and maybe in a few hours of knitting, you enjoy a feel of accomplishment.
Start knitting with one of the tips using Judy’s Magic Cast on method, then knit to another tip and close the end using Kitchener Stitch.
The widths and the lengths of the hair band can adjustable while you are knitting.

Yarn
10 g of JENSEN YARN from Isager (100 % Wool), 250 m/ 273 yards -100g
and
3 g of Silk Mohair from Isager (75% kid mohair / 25% silk), 212 m / 232 yards - 25 g
;One strand of each yarn held together throughout

Yardage: 25 m / 27.5 yards
Please keep in mind that yardage is an estimate.

Needles
US2.5 (3 mm) / 80 cm / 32 inches circular needles or optionally short double-pointed needles.
Pattern uses magic loop method, knitter’s preferred style of needle may be used.

Gauge
11sts × 14.5 rows = 5 cm /approx. 2 inches in stockinette stitch after blocking.
Make sure to achieve the gauge by adjusting needle size if necessary.

Measurements
The Sample hairband used as the base widest part is approx. 2 cm ( 0.75 inches) / narrowest part is approx. 1 cm ( 0.45 inches). Length is approx. 29 cm (11.5 inches) from tip to tip.

Hairband, removable markers, stitch holders (scrap yarn), tapestry needle.

糸長目安: 25 m

針
US2.5 (3 mm) / 80cm の輪針、または5本短針。もしくはゲージが取れる太さの針。
パターンではマジックループで編んでいるが、好みの針や方法を選択して良い。

ゲージ
メリヤス編みで11 目 × 14.5 段 = 5 cm、水通ししてブロッキングしたもの。

サイズ
サンプルのカチューシャは、カバーをつける前の状態で最も広い部分で幅約2cm、最も狭い部分で幅約1cm、長さは先端から先端まで約29cmのものを使用。

道具
カチューシャ、取り外し可能なマーカー、目を休めるための別糸またはスティッチホルダー、とじ針。
