This is a PATTERN for a beaded top dress. The instructions include both a chart and written directions. If you have never knitted with beads, it is really very easy. I love it, and it makes the project both interesting and special. Otherwise, all you need to know is how to knit and purt. I tried to include information and instructions for any level knitter. The beads can be purchased at any craft store. The results are outstanding.

I absolutely love making this dress. The possibilities are endless. By changing the color of the beads, the color of the skirt or the bodice, and/ or the lace and ribbon trims, it becomes a different and unique outfit each time. It can easily be worn with a blouse under it, and be the hit at school or a party; or it can be dressed up and perfect for a formal occasion like a wedding. I have custom made this dress for holiday pictures and for a flower girl in a wedding party.
