Beaux-Arts is a romantic shawl, constructed from top-down with a lace border. The shawl is begun by casting on 5 stitches. Every right side row, two stitches are increased at each side and two in the center, making a shallow triangle with long wings. The border uses a combination of yarn overs, decreases, and nupps, resulting in a glamorous and poetic lace.
