Beaver
Did you know that the beaver is the largest rodent in North America? Beavers are amazing animals with a tail like a paddle, webbed feet for swimming, and teeth perfect for gnawing branches. These physical attributes combined with their industrious nature makes them the cutest construction workers! (Not to mention their precious faces and round bodies).
To make this pattern, you will need:
• Worsted-weight yarn in light brown, dark brown, and black (small amount for nose).
• Size F crochet hook (3.75 mm)
• Fiberfill or stuffing
• Needle with a large eye
• 9 mm plastic safety eyes
• Small amount of black embroidery thread (for the mouth)
• Small piece of white felt (for teeth)
• Fabric glue
This pattern is at an Easy level. You need to know how to single crochet in the round, increase, decrease, and slip stitch.
Pattern includes 6 pages of detailed instruction in English and color photos of the work-in-progress and finished product to help guide you along. Finished product measures about 5” tall and approximately 3.5” across.
