This square is inspired by the Jon Bon Jovi song – A Bed of Roses, which was playing on the radio during my drive home from work. As I sang along (completely off key), I thought about the Rosalee square I designed a few years ago, where the popcorn stitches resembled little rosebuds. This has been one of my favourite squares to date. You can find the free pattern here: https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/the-rosalee-square
I wanted to make a square using the popcorn stitch (one of my favourite stitches) together with front and back post stitches and this is what I came up with… This square is created for Granny Square Day 2021
