The bear is in the style of a polar bear, but could equally be knit in brown for a brown bear.

Needle Size Required : 3mm Single Point Needles

Yarn Required : Double Knitting. 100g white, cream or brown as the desired colour for the bear. Two 100g contrasting colours for the pyjamas and hat. Oddments
of black for eyes and pocket design.

Main Colours Required : White, Pink and Cream

Extras Required : Toy stuffing

Completed Dimensions : Bear is 15 inches or 38cm tall (Standing up) approx.

Skills Used : Cast on, knit, purl, increase by knitting into the front and back of stitch, decrease by knitting two stitches together, cast off, yarn round needle (to create picot edges), sewing pieces together.
