Bédélia Mittens
The name Bédélia is a variant of the Irish-Gaelic name Brighid, which means “exalted one” and is associated with the mythic Celtic goddess of fire and poetry. Fire is a deeply spiritual symbol, representing a gift of life and warmth, inspiration and light. As you knit the Bédélia Mittens, you will notice the climb of the flame and feel the warmth of the light. The Bédélia Mittens are a coordinate to the Bédélia Beanie.
