Bee kind …a reminder for how to treat one another in these difficult and confusing times, and also for the future, when all this is behind us. …a reminder of how we came through this better by finding compassion and empathy for one another.

Lots of texture to keep thing interesting - eyelets and nupps create the bees between panels of ribbing or seed stitch on the front (your choice!), a cool honeycomb texture decorates the back, and even more interest is added with an eye-of-partridge heel flap. These mirror-image socks are knit toe-up and feature double centered gusset increases. No extra needles and no picking up of stitches are required for the heel.

The pattern is written for magic loop and includes links to videos demonstrating techniques used.

Sizes: Women’s small(medium, large) to fit a foot circumference of 7(7.5,8) inches or 18(20.5, 23) cm

Yarn: 80-100 grams of sock-weight yarn - a solid or semi-solid color is recommended so that the stitch detail shows up best

Gauge: 8 stitches = 1 in/ cm in stockinette stitch

Needles: Size US 0/2 mm circular needle for the toe and Size US 1/2.25 mm for the remainder of the sock; adjust needle sizes if necessary to obtain gauge. Circular needles at least 32 inches long work best for magic loop.
