This adorable top is fun to wear and quick to turn heads. Your doll will look especially cute in it when she pairs it with some matching shoes, leggings or skirt.

The sleeves are what I call “princess sleeves”, which are basically darts added to give the top of the sleeve a puffed up shape.

This pattern can be worked by an experienced or confident beginner knitter. Basic knitting skills, as well as easy sewing are required.

The item(s) made with this pattern were meant to fit an 18-inch American Girl doll, as shown in the pictures. However, they will also fit similar dolls, such as Our Generation, My Life As, and others. I added a sizing chart to the pictures, to help you compare your dolls to the American Girl dolls.

For this pattern I used:

~ Mainstays 100% Acrylic yarn, 4-medium in the color Black

~ Mainstays 100% Acrylic yarn, 4-medium in the color Yellow

You can use any other 4-medium worsted weight yarn you choose.

~ Knitting needles size: US 8 - 5.00 mm
