You can make this hat in two contrasting colors like I did or make it in just one single color. I suggest you make it with corkscrews for babies and with pom poms for kids and adult, both included in the pattern. The hat with its stripes would look great on a boy or man without the pom poms too. You can adapt it for a boy or girl by varying the colors. The hat is easy to work up and will leave very few yarn tails.
