Beetle Hoodie
If you purchase 5 of my self-published designs at the same time (they need to be in the same cart), you will get the least expensive for free!
The cardigan is completely seamless (maybe apart from attaching the pockets) worked from bottom to top. Sleeve caps are shaped using short rows, as well as the pockets.
It is a perfect cardigan for all knitters who wish to destash, you just need to pick at least 3 colorways in the same DK weight (or sport - depending on the way you knit) and watch it grow on your needles. Yarn choices may be numerous, from cotton to wool. It will look great in three colors, stripes, or in verigated yarn. It’s up to you!
What’s more you can freely choose what kind of Beetle you wish to make. Warm and comfy Beetle with long sleeves to keep your kiddo warm at kindergarten or on a walk on chilly fall evening, or cotton short-sleeved cardi to protect your child from wind during long walks by the sea in the summer. You can even skip the hood. :-) The pattern has detailed descriptions for 4 versions: with long sleeves, short sleeves, with a hood or a collar.
