Franken-Bear Crochet Pattern Description

Meet Showtime & Sandworm Frankie – two horrific disasters that transcended from the world beyond. A lonely scientist moved into a new home with his collection of teddy bears. Little did he know, the previous owners still lurk around as ghosts! His constant clattering disturbed the ghostly couple and they decided the scientist has to go. The couple used the scientist’s beloved teddy bears as hosts to call upon the paranormal.
“Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice”, they chanted. They may have gotten more than they bargained for, but they’re willing to do whatever it takes to drive out the scientist and his absurdities. It’s… SHOWTIME!!

This pattern is a fun, Beetlejuice-themed modification of the original Frankie the Zombie Franken Bear. All parts of the original Frankie (except the maggots) are included in this 24-page PDF with additional parts and notes to guide in the creation of two types of Beetlejuice-themed bears.
First, is Showtime Frankie. Showtime Frankie is a lot like the original Frankie, but you will notice color change indications that will leave you saying “It’s SHOWTIME!”
The next is Sandworm Frankie. He’s Frankie in a Sandworm costume! You will notice the last few pages are dedicated to his funky, Sandworm-themed hood!

This pattern is written using American terminology, most of which is worked in continuous rounds.
