Obviously, you can use any color of yarn for any of these headbands. The weight of the yarn that I used is size #4 , you can use any kind of #4 worsted yarn. I included in the pattern one section on how to customize the size when using a different yarn and you can easily adjust the sizing to fit babies to large adults.
