These scrubbies fit well in the hand, are inexpensive, and can be lightly stuffed with batting or cotton for extra comfort.

Tulle can rip easily and the coarse edges of the strip can be rough on the fingers. If you curl the strip around the cotton strand as you work, it will be easier to knit.

I made approximately three from one yard of tulle by cutting a continuous spiral towards the center. If you do cut strips of the fabric, keep all your knots on the same side which will become the inside of the scrubbie.
