General notes:

This top down triangular shawl is a fun and colourful addition to any wardrobe. Bejeweled uses panels of garter stitch in neutral shades highlighted with colourful stripes and little pops of colour that decorate the shawl like jewels.

You can make your version in subtle colours or use strong contrasting colours and a vibrant variegated yarn for a more dramatic look.

The pattern has full written instructions including detailed instruction on the aster stitch which is very simple.

Yarn choice:

if you want to keep the definition of the stitch pattern, it is important to have a good colour differences between ALL of the colours that will be knitted. If you use yarns that match because they share colours in common some of the definition will be lost.

You will need:

Needles and notions:
4.0 mm (US 6) circular needle min 32” / 80 cm long.
Needle to sew in ends.
