Belben cowl
Enjoy this pattern for just $2! Do me a favor and add the pattern to your faves, I would very much appreciate it.
Featuring rib stitches, an easy-to-memorize lace repeat, simple knit stitches and decreases. The heavier weight yarn makes the bottom lace stand up so to speak and adds a different look. A finer yarn won’t have the same effect.
Knitted in the round, the pattern is fully written and also includes a chart for the lace pattern.
Circumferences unblocked: 24.5” bottom edge, 21.5” top edge, 8” in height.
Materials
• Used here a single Aran in color skein with 132 yards/100 grams. (adjust based on desired size, add more circumference or make your cowl longer)
• Needles: US size 8 (5 mm) circular needle, 24” (61 cm) in length.
• 20 Stitch markers, one different to mark beginning of round.
• Tapestry needle or crochet hook for finishing.
Gauge: 13 stitches and 18 rows = 4 inches of stockinette stitch, unblocked.
