Belfountain Spring Socks are that classic pair of socks to wear with all your warmer weather kicks – be they flats, runners, birkenstocks or sandals. Designed with 2 colors of fingering-weight sock yarn for a lovely color dynamic with a lace insert. They are so delightful to wear. This is an intermediate friendly pattern that introduces a small amount of lace and colorwork which also make them great stash-busters!

The yarn used is fingering weight and the construction is top down with a 2x2 rib, heel flap and wide toe.

Please note that this is a digital pattern that will be downloaded to you once payment is made. This is not a physical item being purchased.

Sample Knit:
I have made the socks using:
Main Color- 1 skein (115g/ 4.0 oz.) of Lily & Pine Day Lily Sock (80/20 SW Merino/Nylon) Fingering Yarn in colorway London Fog; and
Contrast Color - 1 skein (115g/ 4.0 oz.) of Allison Barnes Basic Sock (80% Superwash Merion/20% Nylon) Fingering Yarn in colorway London Fog.

Substituting other Fingering weight yarns would be appropriate as long as you meet gauge.
