BELLAROSA is a very feminine sweater with slightly puffed sleeves, tightened by a long cuff with a buttoned option and a round neckline with a funnel neck.
It is knitted from top to bottom seamlessly. We start the yoke from the back then the front are picked on the top of the shoulders formed by shortened rows. The stitches of the sleeves are picked up then worked at the same time as the top of the sweater then left on standby when separating.
The body (back and front) is then worked in the round. The stitches of the sleeves are taken back and worked in the round. The neckline is finished with a ribbed collar.

GAUGE: 21 sts x 26 rows for 4 x 4 inches or 10 x 10 cm in st st with larger needles.

YARN: this sweater is knitted with two strands of lace weight held together.

MATERIALS: Needles sizes 3 mm/US 2.5 (rib) and 4 mm/US 6 (body and sleeves), tapestry needle, cable to hold live stitches and 2 stitches markers.

NOTES: the pattern is knitted using KMS (kid silk mohair) from Yarn By Simone color « la valse d’Amélie ».

Recommended ease : 2.25 to 4.75 inches or 6 to 12 cm of positive ease. To pick your best size, measure your full bust and add your desired ease, then pick the finished bust circumference closest to that number.
Sample is shown in size 3 with 3.5 inches or 9 cm of positive ease.

BELLAROSA est un pull très féminin avec des manches légèrement ballon, resserrées par un long poignet avec une option boutonné et une encolure ronde avec col cheminée. Il est tricoté de haut en bas sans couture.
On commence l’empiècement par le dos puis les devants sont relevés sur le haut des épaules formées par des rangs raccourcis. Les mailles des manches sont relevées puis travaillées en même temps que le haut du pull puis laissées en attente à la séparation. Le corps (dos et devant) est ensuite travaillé en rond. Les mailles des manches sont reprises et tricotées en rond. L’encolure est terminée par un col cheminée en côtes.

MATERIEL : Aiguilles suggérées n° 3 (côtes) et n°4 (corps et manches), une aiguille à laine, câbles pour mettre les mailles en attente et 2 anneaux marqueurs amovibles.

Il est conseillé de le porter avec une aisance positive de 6 à 12 cm. Pour choisir la meilleure taille, mesurer le tour de poitrine et ajouter l’aisance souhaitée, puis choisir la circonférence de poitrine fini la plus proche de ce nombre. Il est bien sûr possible de choisir d’avoir un tricot plus ou moins près du corps et de tricoter une taille avec plus ou moins d’aisance que préconisé.
Il est présenté en taille 3 avec 9 cm d’aisance positive.
