The entire hat is worked in a variation of popcorn stitch. The variation gives the popcorns a soft, subtle puffiness.

Newborn- 12-14”
0-6 mo- 14-16”
6-12 mo- 16-18”
18mo- Child- 18-20”
Small Adult- 20-22”
Large Adult- 22-24”
