Belle Bébé is a chunky shrug for all the sweet little belles in your life. It features a wide ruffled rib edge and collar, as well as large bell sleeves with a simple lace rib pattern around the edges, creating a romantic look. The shrug is worked from the top down with raglan increases, so there’s no seaming, and comes in sizes 3 months through 6T. Two crochet ties or pieces of ribbon close the shrug at the front.
