Belle of the Ball Blanket Buddy
She’s all dressed up and ready for the Cotillion…Introducing the Belle of the Ball Blanket Buddy!
This pattern works up into a nice lap-sized lovey. She is just a bit smaller than my other Blanket Buddies, measuring about 12 inches across her blanket when laid out flat…just big enough to be dragged behind a toddler on all their adventures or squished up and snuggled with at bedtime. The stitches used in the pattern include sc, hdc, dc, chain, and sc2tog. Special stitches (Long DC Bobble, Crocodile stitch) are necessary and are explained fully in the pattern for your convenience.
This pattern is a SpicyTuesday original…accept no substitute!
Each of my patterns are independently tested to ensure that they are easy enough to work up whether you’ve been crocheting for 20 minutes or 20 years. And as always, if you have any questions about anything in the pattern, please contact me and I’ll do my best to get them answered for you.

You have my permission to sell any blanket you make from this pattern (of course you can, it’s your blanket!). I’d love a link back to this pattern if you sell online. But PLEASE do not sell, distribute, or rewrite-and-call-your-own this pattern or any part of it to anyone at any time (of course you won’t, because it’s mine). I spend a bunch of time making up and testing my patterns and getting them ready to share…please respect this so I can keep on doing it! Thanks!
