Belle sweater
Belle is a sweater in stranded knitting. We have knitted the sweater in several colour combinations and at Önling we’re very excited to see how your chosen colours unfold in the pattern. The pop colour is your chance to play and ads your own touch to the design. The diagrammes use light pink to illustrate the pop colour, but you can add it where you feel best. Have you tried to knit with three colours at the same time? Then add the pop colour to a pattern row with two colours or make new two-colour rows. You can also embroider the pop colour on small areas afterwards..

Önling No 15, 100% Merino wool, 180 m pr. 50 g

Recommended circular and double-pointed needles size 3 and 31⁄2 mm / US 2.5 and 40

Crochet hook for casting on
3 stitch markers
3 m / approx. 3.5 yards of contrasting color yarn.

Procedure
The sweater is worked in the round from the top down. Stitches are cast on using a provisional, crochet cast-on to allow final adjustment of the neck opening size. Short rows are worked across shoulders and back of the neck to make the yoke higher at the back of the neck. The yoke is worked with increases, and the yoke stitches are then divided into sleeves and body, which are finished separately.
