This shawl features a unique cable stitch that is combined with one of the lesser known of the mesh stitches. Combined, they make a striking shawl. It is a fun knit, and goes fairly quickly as it’s knit using heavy fingering weight yarn. For those of you that enjoy knitting cable lace, I think this cable will intrigue you. Even most veteran cable knitters will probably find this particular cable new and different from most that they have knitted.

The stitches form a natural sculpted/pointed bottom when knit with no additional work.

The stitches are both charted out and written out.

Skill level: Intermediate (assuming a working knowledge of cable and lace knitting).
