Notes:
The ruffled bell border is knitted in the round in 3 parts, while the top and the sleeves are knitted flat. Stitches are picked up, using a crochet hook through all 3 ruffled bell borders. Armband and collar are knitted in the round using dpns. The Bells and Bell-rope patt has added repeats, over 4 sts, in rib on each side of the top for shaping where no increasing for bells is done. Neckband and armband is knitted in the round and folded over. Armband has elastic sewn in.
