I made this belt for my daughter. As she liked it very much I made one more and wrote down the pattern. It is a PDF document with a crochet chart, a picture tutorial and detailed instructions of every row.

I added some options like different sizes form 4-10 years, metal rings and bobbles. For the metal rings you need a metal hole punch plier. But you can make the belt also without the metal rings.

You also need a Buckle for a belt of 25mm width. The sizes of the buckle I used are 3 cm (1.18”inch) high and 4.5 cm (1.77”inch) wide.

The yarn I used is from the Dutch stored called Action. It was a package with 8 different 100% cotton skeins of 25 grams for hook size 3mm. You don’t need much yarn for this. So also nice to use left overs. For this project you need hooksize 3mm (D hook) and 2.5mm (C hook).

Ik heb deze riem gemaakt voor mijn dochter Dana. Omdat ze hem zo mooi vond heb ik er nog een gemaakt en het patroon uitgeschreven. Dit item bevat een PDF document met een haakschema, foto tutorial, een haakschema, en een beschrijving waarin ik elke rij stap voor stap uitleg.

Ik heb een aantal opties toegevoegd zoals verschillende maten 104 tot 176, metalen ringetjes, wel of geen bolletjes. Voor de metalen ringetjes heb je een ringetjestang nodig, maar je kan hem ook zonder ringetjes maken.

Je hebt ook een gesp nodig voor een riem van 25mm breedte. De afmetingen van de buitenkant van de gesp die ik gebruikt heb zijn 3 cm breed 4,5 cm lang.
Het garen heb ik gehaald bij de Action in een pakket van 8 bolletjes. Elk bolletje is 25 gr, 100% katoen. Je hebt hiervoor haaknaald 3 mm en 2.5 mm nodig. Je hebt niet veel garen nodig dus ook leuk om met restjes te maken.
