Worked from the top down in one piece. Bodice Fronts and Back are worked in garter stitch, Sleeves are worked in st st with a garter stitch cuff band. There are two versions for the Sleeves, one knitted flat and the other knitted in the round. Body of cardigan is worked in a simple knit and purl stitch.
Suitable knit for the experienced beginner.

Rico Essentials Merino DK extra fine, superwash -- colour Caramel (68) 120 m/131 yards per 50gram ball.
Please note: this yarn states a DK 8ply, however I feel the yarn is closer to a Sports weight yarn.

NEEDLES REQUIRED
One pair 3.5 mm (US 4) long straight needles or circular needle
One set 3.5 mm (US 4) double-pointed needles if working sleeves in the round
One pair 3. 5 mm (US 4) straight needles if working sleeves flat

4 stitch markers
TENSION / GAUGE
24 stitches x 34 rows / rounds = 10 cm (4 in) worked in st st on 3.5 mm (US ) needles.
