Belugah Slouch Hat and Beanie
This floppy slouch hat uses just one skein of Maxima by Manos del Uruguay. The merino is lovely and smooshy and makes a lovely drapey slouch hat. The pattern is also written for a beanie style. This is a 2 page pattern.
Skill Level: Rookie-Apprentice-Virtuoso-Genius
Skills: knit, purl, P2tog, K2tog
Sizes: adult medium (fits approx a 21-23” head circumference)
Finished Measurements: slouch = approx 11” tall (not including pom) and 9” wide lying flat; beanie = approx 6.5” tall and 9” wide lying flat
Gauge: 20 sts = 10 cm/4” on 5 mm in St st as given on ball band
Yarn: worsted weight merino wool
Suggested Brand: 1 skein Manos del Uruguay Maxima, 218 yds/199 m per 100 g/3.5 oz
Needles: 4 mm 40 cm/16” circulars; 6 mm 40 cm/16” circulars; 6 mm dpns
