Benedict the Chimpanzee
Benedict the Chimpanzee is one of the first apes to join the menagerie and has been a firm favourite for over ten years. Chimpanzees are highly social animals known for their intelligence, and are thought to be our closest living relatives along with bonobos, sharing almost 99% of our genetic blueprint. This monkey pattern is the perfect place to start if you’re thinking about learning to crochet.
This soft toy will look at home in the nursery, sitting on the shelf or lovingly gift-wrapped for the loved ones in your life. Once you’ve finished crocheting Benedict the Chimpanzee, you’ll be ready to start the next animal in the collection with this addictive new hobby!
