This semicircular lace shawl is knitted top-down beginning from the center back of the neck.
The pattern is charted, row-by-row written instructions are not included. The pattern has been carefully tested.

You will need:

• The right yarn for knitting shawls, that is, mainly containing any natural fiber such as wool, linen or cotton; 500 to 800 m (547 to 875 yds) per 100 g;
• Circular needles of the recommended size for your yarn;
• Circular needles in a larger size or crochet hook for binding off;
• Stitch markers (optional), darning needle.

The sample shawl required about 705 m / 771 yds or 180 g of Moscow Company Lily Yarn (100% cotton, 392 m / 429 yds per 100 g).
Finished measurements: 175 cm (69”) along the wingspan and 75 cm (30”) depth; measured after blocking.
Needles used: size 3.5 mm / US 4.
