Bergen Street Slouch
When I lived on Dean Street (yes, as in Dean Street Hat and Chunky Dean Street Hat) one of my best friends, Sherry, lived one Street over on Bergen Street. We now live hundreds of miles away from each other, and when we were talking on the phone recently she said “Remember how we used to just slouch around the corner to each other’s apartments?” and I thought “What a great name for a pattern!”
Just like Sherry, the Bergen Street Slouch is a faithful favorite, the hat you’ll grab first when it’s chilly outside, slip into your tote just in case, or make for every quick gift when you’ve left it late. It’s an easy to memorize pattern that can let you socialize or watch a movie while you knit, but interesting enough that you’ll never get bored when you’re making it.
Pattern contains 3 sizes to fit everyone from child to adult XL, as well as information on how to make it a beanie, a slouch as pictured, or an even slouchier slouch.
