Berretto Sofisticato is an adult sized beanie knit fair-isle style with two colors. There are only four rounds with six stitch long floats; the rest are five or fewer. You can catch your six stitch floats, or let them stretch (I did), but the little bit (or no catching) helps this beanie knit up fairly quickly. The pattern comes with full written and charted instructions. The color possibilities are endless!
