The original Jamieson’s of Shetland Spindrift yarn is highly recommended to achieve the lovely fulled, ‘felted’ appearance (Hand ‘fulling’ also causes the hat to shrink slightly and the hat has been designed with this in mind) This yarn is a long time favourite which comes in so many beautiful shades.
