Berry Tam
Item #: p-j-027
This Entrelac beret pattern is worked in the round from ribbing to crown, and is perfect for the slow color changes of Jojoland Rhythm (worsted) yarn or using a double-stranded method with Jojoland Melody (fingering). Since it is knit in the round, this entrelac pattern is extremely fast if a backwards knitting technique is used for all purls.
One-size cast on of 80 sts with initial required increase to 120 sts (multiples of 6sts) yields a 10” diameter plate that stretches between 18-24” head, depending on the looseness of the forehead ribbing. When blocked, entrelac pattern is very clearly defined and reduces to a very pretty symmetrical flat pinwheel at the crown of the head.
