Bertha
These coordinating, but not identical, socks follow traditional top-down sock construction, but nontraditional colors are used to form “fraternal twins.” Not only are the colorwork patterns mirrored between the socks, but the colors are reversed as well, and the heel flaps are worked in narrow horizontal stripes. The result is not-quite-odd socks that are lots of fun to knit and wear. Bright colors are recommended--bright, happy socks can cheer up even the dullest day!
