1 ounce for both sizes for the boy’s cardigan to work stripes on welt, pocket tops and buttonband (if desired).
Oddments of yarn to work Swiss embroidery as follows:
Girls’ rose: light & dark green, red, light & dark pink.
Boys’ bird: orange and black.
Four buttons.

Girl’s cardigan has a rose on each pocket and one on the top left bodice area. Boys’ cardigan has a bird on each pocket.
