’Beth’ Sheep / Lamb Mobile (or individual Toy) Knitting pattern!

I created this gorgeous ‘Beth’ one-of-a-kind Sheep Mobile with lots of detail for you to knit! Each sheep has a beautifully textured bobble effect coat. These cute sheep feature floppy ears and loopy curls on the top of their heads! Very cute!

Each Sheep also has a textured face, felt eyes with a French knot embroidered on to each eye. This knitting pattern would make a wonderful mobile or pram toy gift for a baby or small child for you to knit.

Unique features
This pattern is very versatile as you could knit these sheep up as individual toys, or pram toys for example. Sheep could even be knitted up as Cat or Kitten play toys too! A great bonus! These will make wonderful Gifts!

Mobile is shown in Cream, Grey, Variegated Grey/Browns and Black, although you can knit ‘Beth’ Sheep Mobile up in any colours you like! You could knit all the sheep up in the same cream and black colours if you preferred. The creative possibilities are endless with different colours of yarn!

Finished item size
Sheep Body: 9cm length x 6.5cm width x 7cm height (excluding legs).
Sheep Head: 3.5cm length x 3cm width at the widest point.
Sheep Legs: 4cm length.

(A) 1 x 100g/112m balls – Peter Pan Darling DK. (DK / 8 ply weight). Shade 362 Cream.
(B) 1 x 50g/90m balls – Rico Organic Pure Chunky. (Bulky / 12 ply weight). Shade 006 Black.
(C) 1 x 50g/90m balls – Rico Organic Pure Chunky. (Bulky / 12 ply weight). Shade 004 Grey.
(D) 1 x 100g/196m balls – King Cole Moorland Aran. (Aran / 10 ply weight). Shade 372.
(E) 1 x 50g/103m ball – Cygnet Silcaress DK. (DK / 8 ply weight). Shade 217 Black.
4mm knitting needles.
Round end small tapestry needle.
2 x (30cm x 9mm) dowel rods.
Hollow fibre filling.
10 x 10cm white felt fabric piece.

Skills needed to complete this item
Cast-on/Cast-off, Knit, Purl, Pass stitch over, Knit stitches together, Knit in to the front and the back of a stitch,
Slip a stitch.
