Bethany Dishcloth
This lovely dishcloth/tea towel pattern is the 5th in a series named for the women in my family to honor them. It has a lacework center that has a boarder worked around it with mitered corners. I liked working the center on a circular needle US size 6 and then worked the boarder on DPNs US. size 3. This is a good pattern for an advanced beginner or intermediate knitter. However, it is written in a way that even a determined beginner can work it out. This pattern includes instructions for making a tea towel size as well.
