Inspired by the local granite mined in Bethel, Vermont, the simple stitch pattern has a subtle chiseled texture suitable for wearers of any gender.

The pattern contains instructions for 3 sizes:
Small 17 inch circumference, 8 inches tall
Medium 19 1⁄2 circumference, 9 1⁄4 inches tall
Large 22 inch circumference, 9 1⁄4 inches tall

This design can be worn with the hat upright or folded on the head depending on your preference. Choose a size that is close to or slightly smaller than the wearer’s head circumference.

Yarn requirements:
Mewesic from Green Mountain Spinnery: 1 skein for Small or Medium sizes; 2 skeins for Large Size
