The Better Cabled Scarf was inspired by a not-so-great commercially made cabled scarf I saw on the rack at Target and wanted to improve. The scarf is very simple and features a 1x1 ribbed edging and garter panels on either side of two 6-stitch cables. My design uses a XOXO cable pattern, but you can use whatever cable pattern you like!

Play around with yarn types and needle sizes until you find what you like. Please feel free to send me pictures of your project!
