Between the Lines is an elongated half circle shawl with a top-down construction. The half circle is formed with short rows. After the short row shaping is completed, the lace pattern is then knitted the entire length of the shawl.

The main section of the shawl is a really easy knit and is comprised of knit and purl stitches. The lace pattern consists of basic stitches used in lace knitting, such as k2tog, skpo, and yo.
