This is an expanded version of On the Edge from Knit the Rainbow. It is a simple pattern which uses garter stitch, basic increases and decreases, and a picot cast-off to create a graphic, very wearable wrap.

Yarn

The Knitting Goddess BFL and mohair (4-ply/ fingering weight; 75% Bluefaced Leicester, 25% mohair); 400m/437yds per 100g skein):

2 x 100g skeins in strongly contrasting semi-solid colours, or one semi-solid and one multi-coloured yarn. Shawl shown is worked in Brick (colour A) and Teal (colour B).
