Construction of the cardigan no. 2
The cardigan is worked flat in pieces from the bottom up and the sleeves are sewn together. It is worked in stocking stitch and has a lace motif on the upper part of the body. The sleeves are extra wide and 3/4 length.
We have made a version with buttons/buttonholes and a version without. Follow the instructions for the version that you prefer.

On the photo, the model wears a size Medium with a positive ease for the back width of 8cm 3”.
Tension/Gauge
25 sts x 37 rows = 10x10 cm/4” in stockinette stitch, worked flat.
Suggested Needle Size
3 mm/UK 11/US 2.5 or the size to obtain gauge.
We have used a circular needle to accommodate the large number of stitches.
