These socks are SO WARM! The carried- over yarn makes it double layered which makes it perfect for playing outside in the snow.

These socks are worked in the round from the cuff down using different fair isle patterning. Socks are sized for a woman with an 8 ½ US sized shoe. You can mix and match the order of the different patterns to suit your taste. If you need a longer sock, add pattern repeats until your sock is the desired length. All patterns are in repeats of 8 sts. I used a peasant heel, meaning you go back later and pick up sts for the heel later after the toe has been completed. A peasant heel is worked almost exactly the same as the toe of this sock.
