This was a pattern to use up yarn re-purposed from a rummage sale sweater, on the thinner side of “bulky” and larger than typical “worsted”.

It’s big and cozy (I am a US size 14-16, maybe someone who has a more interested mind can figure out how to scale it for other sizes) and the shawl/cowl neck is huge.
